What you get

Built for the seat that makes the money

Browser phone

Answer, dial, transfer and text without leaving the CRM. The client card opens with the ring — history, jobs, invoices in front of the dispatcher before “hello”.

Recordings + AI summaries

Every call recorded, every recording summarized. Managers review a morning of calls over one coffee instead of an afternoon of listening.

Omnichannel inbox

SMS, email with proper threading, WhatsApp, site forms and chat — one history per client, no “check the other tab”.

Source on every call

Tracked numbers tie each ring to its campaign and keyword. The dispatcher sees it live; the owner sees it in revenue reports.

Missed-call rescue

A missed ring spawns a callback task and an automatic text-back. After hours, the AI voice agent answers instead of voicemail.

Spam & junk filtered

Robocalls and fake leads are flagged before they waste a dispatcher’s minute or pollute the marketing numbers.

Setup

Switch without dropping a call

Connect your numbers

Existing lines and tracked numbers route into Kornox. Nothing changes for callers.

Open the browser

Dispatchers get a headset and a login. The phone page, client cards and inbox are one screen.

Watch the timeline fill

Calls, texts, emails and forms start stacking into per-client histories with sources attached.

The difference

A call is not an interruption. It’s inventory.

In a repair business the phone call is the product pipeline. Kornox treats it that way: every ring is captured, attributed, answered or rescued, and pushed toward a booked job — with a paper trail the owner can audit.

  • Nothing rings without leaving a record
  • Every record carries a source and an outcome
  • Every outcome feeds scheduling and attribution

FAQ

Calls & dispatch, answered

Do we need desk phones or new hardware?

No. Dispatchers answer, dial and text from the browser — a headset is enough. Existing tracked numbers and call flows plug in, so the switch does not interrupt a single ringing line.

What happens to missed calls?

They become callback tasks with the caller's number, source and any voicemail attached — assigned, visible and impossible to quietly forget. After hours, the AI voice agent can pick up instead.

Which channels land in the inbox?

Phone calls and SMS, website forms, email (Gmail integration with proper reply-all), WhatsApp and chat. One conversation history per client, whichever door they knock on.

Are calls recorded and summarized?

Yes — recordings attach to the lead, and every recording gets an AI summary so a dispatcher can catch up on a 6-minute call in ten seconds. Consent handling is configurable per region.
