Scheduling & technicians

Jobs find their technician in under a minute

What you get

The board the dispatcher stops fighting

Real schedule board

Day and week views by technician, time windows that match how repair visits actually run, and conflicts that show up before the client calls.

Telegram job offers

Available techs get the offer as a message. First Accept wins, details unlock for the winner, the rest see it close. No group-chat chaos.

Technician portal

Today’s route, job details, availability, documents and history — in a simple web portal or the same Telegram bot. Techs pick their tool.

Availability & areas

Techs declare when and where they work; the offer engine respects it. No more “I don’t do Staten Island on Fridays” surprises.

Documents on file

Licenses, agreements and paperwork stored per technician — with the office knowing what is current and what expired.

Tech finance view

Completed jobs, earnings and payouts per technician — the end-of-week conversation becomes a report, not a debate.

Setup

Your crew is onboard by lunch

Add technicians

Name, skills, service areas, availability. Each tech links their Telegram with one code.

Book the first job

Drop it on the board or send it as an offer — the bot handles delivery, acceptance and assignment.

Run the day from one screen

Dispatch sees the whole field; techs see their route; nobody calls anyone to ask “where are you?”

Why offers beat group chats

The fastest hand wins. The record survives.

Group-chat dispatch rewards whoever scrolls first and forgets everything by Friday. The offer flow is fair, instant and logged: who was offered, who accepted, how fast, and what happened next — visible in every technician’s history.

  • Offers logged with timestamps and outcomes
  • Client contacts protected until assignment
  • Acceptance speed and completion rates per tech

FAQ

Scheduling, answered

Why Telegram instead of a technician app?

Because techs already have it and already answer it. A job offer arrives as a message with one Accept button — no app store, no forgotten passwords, no training. Adoption is measured in minutes, not weeks.

How does the offer flow decide who gets the job?

You choose the pool: by availability windows, service area and skills. The offer goes out, the first technician to tap Accept gets it, full client details unlock only for the winner, and the offer closes for everyone else automatically.

What if a technician prefers a web interface?

The technician portal shows the same day: assigned jobs, addresses, notes, availability management, documents and history. Telegram and the portal stay in sync — techs use whichever they like.

Can dispatchers still assign jobs manually?

Of course. Offers are a tool, not a cage: drag a job onto a technician directly, and the bot simply notifies them with the details.
