These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the kornox.com website (the “Site”) operated by Kornox (“Kornox”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. Use of the Kornox platform by customers is governed by the separate agreement concluded at sign-up; where that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement prevails for platform use.

The Site provides information about the Kornox platform — a CRM for appliance repair and home-service companies: calls, dispatch, scheduling, invoicing, payments and marketing attribution — and a way to contact us. Content on the Site is provided for general information and does not constitute a binding offer unless expressly stated.

You agree not to misuse the Site: no attempts to disrupt or probe it, no automated scraping at abusive volumes, no submitting unlawful, deceptive or malicious content through the forms, and no misrepresenting who you are when contacting us.

The Site, including its design, text, graphics and software, is owned by or licensed to Kornox and protected by intellectual property laws. The Kornox name and logo are our trademarks. We work to keep descriptions, plans and prices on the Site accurate and current, but they may change without notice, and illustrative interface mockups and example figures on the Site are exactly that — illustrations, not guarantees of specific results. Advertising performance depends on many factors outside any platform’s control.
