Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern use of the kornox.com website (the “Site”) and the Kornox web CRM and mobile apps (the “Platform”), operated by ZERNO CORP. (“Kornox”, “we”, “us”). Together, the Site and Platform are the “Services”. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Platform for an organization, you must be authorized to do so. If Kornox and your organization have a separate service agreement, that agreement takes precedence for Platform use to the extent of a conflict.

1. The Site and Platform

The Site provides information about the Kornox platform — a CRM for appliance repair and home-service companies: calls, dispatch, scheduling, invoicing, payments and marketing attribution — and a way to contact us. Content on the Site is provided for general information and does not constitute a binding offer unless expressly stated.

The Platform is a business workspace. Access requires an account and authorized organization membership; available features depend on assigned permissions and the organization’s configuration. Downloading the mobile app does not create a service subscription. Applicable subscription and commercial terms are agreed separately.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services: no attempts to disrupt or probe it, no automated scraping at abusive volumes, no submitting unlawful, deceptive or malicious content through the forms, and no misrepresenting who you are when contacting us.

Use only accounts and workspaces you are authorized to access. Do not upload or share unlawful materials or content that infringes another person’s intellectual property or privacy rights. Communications, recording and employee-location features must be used with the notices, permissions and lawful grounds required for the relevant activity.

3. Intellectual property

The Site, including its design, text, graphics and software, is owned by or licensed to Kornox and protected by intellectual property laws. The Kornox name and logo are our trademarks. You may view and share Site content for its intended informational purpose; any other reproduction requires our written permission. Third-party names and trademarks mentioned on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

Customer content

You and the relevant rights holders retain ownership of the materials you submit to the Platform, including job photographs and videos, technician documents, messages, voice messages, customer records, estimates and invoices (“Customer Content”). You must own the relevant rights or have permission to submit the content and authorize its use for the organization’s work.

By submitting Customer Content, you grant Kornox a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to host, store, back up, reproduce, process, transmit and display that content only as needed to provide and secure the Services, carry out authorized instructions and comply with law. This includes technical conversions and thumbnails, access by authorized workspace users, and delivery to recipients selected by authorized users.

Kornox may engage service providers for those limited purposes, as described in the Kornox App Privacy Policy. This permission does not transfer ownership or allow Kornox to use Customer Content for its own advertising. It lasts while the content is needed for the authorized service and any applicable retention, backup or legal obligations. Uploading content does not grant rights that you do not hold.

To report unauthorized use of content, contact support@kornox.com with enough information to identify the material and explain your concern. We may restrict access to content or accounts as reasonably necessary to address unlawful use or protect the Services.

4. Product information and forward-looking statements

We work to keep descriptions, plans and prices on the Site accurate and current, but they may change without notice, and illustrative interface mockups and example figures on the Site are exactly that — illustrations, not guarantees of specific results. Advertising performance depends on many factors outside any platform’s control.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted availability.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kornox shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Third-party links and integrations

The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices; visiting them is at your own discretion.

Organizations may connect third-party services through the Platform. You must be authorized to connect the relevant account and use its data, and must comply with the provider’s applicable terms. Enabling an integration does not grant rights to third-party materials that you are not otherwise permitted to use.

8. Privacy

Our handling of personal data on the Site is described in the website Privacy Policy. Information processed by the Platform is covered by the Kornox App Privacy Policy, including device permissions, sharing, retention and deletion requests. Permission to process Customer Content does not replace individual consent where the law requires it.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes affecting Platform use will be communicated through the service or the organization’s contact details, with notice and consent where required by applicable law.
